昂山素姬重返英國前，前天（周一）抵達歐洲五國行第四站愛爾蘭，受到巨星級歡迎。她出席了國際特赦（AmnestyInternational）組織為她辦的音樂會，從一直支持她的搖滾歌手Bono手上，接過國際特赦2009年表揚她的「良心大使獎」。Bono獻唱從她亡夫阿里斯角度寫成的名曲《WalkOn》，她坦言歌詞寫到她心坎裏。
向來大力倡議國際人權的愛爾蘭樂隊U2主音Bono，繼周日跟昂山素姬在挪威主持和平論壇後，前天她乘搭私人飛機同赴都柏林（Dublin）。她跟愛爾蘭總統見晤後，出席國際特赦向她致敬的音樂會和領取「良心大使獎」。
獲頒「良心大使」
Bono更為她獻唱《WalkOn》。這首歌由Bono於2000年創作，12年後Bono終有機會當面向偶像獻唱。昂山素姬讚道：「我很喜歡這首歌，很貼近我的心情。有人支持當然好，但能否繼續下去，全看自己，你只能靠自己雙腿走下去。」
演唱會後，昂山素姬出席了都柏林市政府的儀式，接受了該市最高榮譽「都柏林市自由獎」，該市早在1999年已宣佈要頒獎給她。
主辦單位還給她送上蛋糕，預祝她昨天67歲生日快樂。
