讀者說的那一句，根本沒有錯誤，改寫並無必要。英文沒有「requirement和expenses、expenditure等字不能搭配」這條規則。英國學者ElizabethBastida在InternationalandComparativeMineralLawandPolicy一書第1.14章就有以下一句：Theminimumexpenditurerequirementisconstantforthefirsttenyears（頭十年，最低消費需求不變）。
