這一句不知是不是錄自英文試卷或作業，無論如何恐怕不足為法。正確說法是：Contestantsfromallovertheworldaregatheredhere/Contestantsaregatheredherefromallovertheworld。Allovertheworld是「在世界各地」；要說「來自世界各地」，須加from字，例如：（1）Peopleallovertheworldwereshockedbythenews（那消息令世界各地的人震驚）。（2）Theconventionwasattendedbydelegatesfromallovertheworld（世界各地都有代表出席大會）。
此外，句子前半截既說allovertheworld，後半截就不應重複all字；gather是「聚集」，要說「已聚集」則宜用begathered，例如：（1）ThedemonstratorsgatheredinTiananmenSquare（示威者在天安門廣場聚集）。（2）ThedemonstratorswhoweregatheredinTiananmenSquarewerebrutallymassacred（天安門廣場聚集的示威者被殘酷屠殺）。

Urgentbyfax其實可分開寫作Urgent--byfax，那urgent和byfax是兩個獨立詞語，文法上沒有關連。
至於urgent，要加強語氣，當然可說veryurgent、extremelyurgent等，例如：Thisisaveryurgentfaxandmustbeattendedtoatonce（這分傳真文件十萬火急，必須馬上處理）。
