第一句文法正確。Confirm（證實）可帶受詞（object），然後用to帶出該受詞證實有什麼特質，例如：（1）Whathesaidwasconfirmedtobetrue（他的話證明是真的）。（2）Thediseasewasconfirmedtobecausedbyanewvirus（這疾病證實是由一種新的病毒引起）。
第二句則有點問題。Include（包括）同樣可帶受詞，但其後不會用to帶出該受詞之所以被包括，為的是什麼。例如不可說Thisprogrammehasbeenincludedtobereimbursable。
