Scrump本義是「枯萎的蘋果」，現在俗語常用來說偷摘果園的水果，特別是蘋果，例如：Hewaspunishedbyhismotherforscrumpingapplesfromanearbyorchard（他在附近一個果園偷摘蘋果，受到母親責罰）。
