Onthetop/bottom和atthetop/bottom有什麼分別？
On說的，是一物躺或壓在另一物之上；at說的，是在某個範圍之內。所以，onthetop指「在最高那一點之上」；atthetop指「在最高處」，但不一定在最高的一點，例如：（1）Onthetopofthemountainthereisamemorialstone（一塊紀念碑立在山峯上）。（2）Atthetopofthemountaintheairiscooler（在山的最高處，氣溫較為清冷）。假如要用atthetop說「在最高那一點之上」，那麼，top之前可加very一字：Attheverytopofthemountainthereisamemorialstone。
同樣道理，onthebottom一般是指「在某事物的底部之上」，例如：（1）Isawalifelessbodyonthebottomofthepool（我看見池底躺着個屍體）。（2）Ifyouturnthebottleover,youwillseetheexpirydatestampedonthebottom（你把瓶子倒轉，就會看見瓶底印着到期的日子）。Atthebottom則泛指「在最低處」，例如：（1）Thereisavillageatthebottomofthehill（山下有條鄉村）。（2）Atthebottomofthepagecomethemanyfootnotes（頁下方有很多注釋）。
Queserasera假如不用「天要下雨，娘要嫁人」這樣惡俗的成語翻譯，有沒有較典雅的說法？
Queserasera是西班牙文，que即what，sera即tobe或happen，所以英文譯做Whateverwillbe,willbe（未來的事，未來自有擺布）。這話沒有「隨遇而安」的曠達，也缺乏「盡人事，聽天命」的進取，譯做「聽天由命」，意思、格調可以相當。
