It當然應改為they：they是指comments，it則不知指甚麼。給顧客的服務，叫service，不宜用複數形式，quality自然也不應改為qualities。
不過，it改為they之後，原句文法上雖然沒有錯，用字卻還大可斟酌。首先，inthenearfuture四字完全不必要，刪去了，等於說服務會隨時改善，勝於「不久將來會改善」；第二，「改善服務」說improveourservice就可以，thequalityof三字是叠牀架屋；第三，顧客教言未必「定可」協助改善服務，所以應說Anycommentswillbeappreciatedastheycanhelpusimproveourservice（倘蒙惠賜教言，以匡不逮，無任銘感）。Can有「可能」的意思，和willcertainly不同。
Sheisnotateacherbutalsoamotherofthreechildren一語，not之後是不是應加also？
這一句有兩個方法改寫，而意思不同：（1）Sheisnotateacher,butamotherofthree（她不是教師，而是三個孩子的母親）。（2）Sheisnotonlyateacher,butalsoamotherofthree（她不但是教師，還是三個孩子的母親）。Not...but即「不是……而是」，notonly...but（also）即「不但是……而且是」。原句children一字可以略去。
