Itisnot的縮寫是Itisn't還是It'snot？
兩個縮寫法都正確，意思也沒有分別。除了isnot，arenot、willnot同樣有兩個縮寫法，例如：（1）Theyaren'tcoming/They'renotcoming（他們不會來）。（2）Hewon'tlistentoreason/He'llnotlistentoreason（他不可理喻）。
不過，amnot的縮寫法卻只有'mnot，例如：I'mnotinterested（我不感興趣）。俚語ain't固然可作amnot的縮寫，同時可作isnot、arenot、hasnot、havenot的縮寫，但這個字只有缺乏教養的人才會使用。
TherelationshiphasbeenimprovedbecauseofanagreementbetweensheandIrecently（雙方關係改善了，因為我和她最近訂立協議）這一句，I字可以改為me嗎？
Between、for等介系詞（preposition）之後，代名詞（pronoun）應用受詞形式（objectform），即使那代名詞其實是動詞的主詞（subject），都不例外，例如：Itisinadvisableforhimtotakeonadditionalwork（他不宜增添工作）。讀者示下的一句，betweensheandI應改正為betweenherandme。此外，說情況改善，improve一般用主動語態（activevoice）；句中recently一字也不妥當，可改寫如下：Therelationshiphasimprovedbecauseofarecentagreementbetweenherandme。
