首先要說的，是minutes為複數形式名詞，須配複數形式動詞，例如：Theminuteswerereadandapprovedunanimously（會議紀錄讀後一致通過）。讀者示下那一句的was應改為were。
至於通過會議紀錄，用confirm、approve、accept、adopt等字都可以，例如：Theminutesofthemeetingheldon1Aprilwerereceivedandconfirmed/acceptedasacorrectrecord（四月一日會議之紀錄，收到後，證實無訛）。假如紀錄無須更改，說Theminuteswereconfirmedwithoutamendments也很常見，withoutamendments不算贅詞。
